What KeyLake’s website, property-status visits, service-area map, photos, and general information can — and cannot — tell you.

General website information Customer-specific Service Terms control This page explains public-facing boundaries. It does not replace a signed Service Authorization or Service Terms.

The short version: KeyLake gives customers a documented snapshot of a property at a particular visit. We report what we reasonably observed within the agreed scope; we do not turn that snapshot into a guarantee, diagnosis, inspection, security service, or emergency-response promise.

Property-status visits are snapshots

A KeyLake visit records what was reasonably visible or otherwise included in the agreed property checklist at the time of the visit. Conditions can change before or after we are there. A visit cannot guarantee that every condition, loss, hazard, or future problem will be discovered or prevented.

Observations are not professional diagnoses

KeyLake may record factual observations, useful photos, or a customer-selected displayed reading when that is part of the agreed visit. We do not use those observations to test, diagnose, certify, or provide code, safety, engineering, environmental, trade, or other licensed professional conclusions.

A number on a display is still just a number on a display. Recording a thermostat, meter, gauge, or similar reading does not mean KeyLake tested the equipment, determined why the reading exists, or certified that the underlying system is operating properly.

Not security, patrol, property management, or emergency response

KeyLake does not provide guard or patrol services, crime prevention, property management, rental operation, or emergency response. If you believe there is an immediate threat to life, safety, or serious property loss, contact 911, the appropriate utility, or another appropriate public authority rather than relying on this website or waiting for a scheduled KeyLake visit.

If a KeyLake team member encounters what reasonably appears to be an immediate threat during a visit, KeyLake may contact an appropriate public authority. That does not make KeyLake an emergency-response service.

Vendors, repairs, and outside work

When a customer asks for help with a next step, KeyLake may provide customer-authorized coordination or access support within the agreed scope. The customer selects or approves the vendor. The vendor contracts with and bills the customer directly.

KeyLake does not supervise or warrant third-party work merely because we helped coordinate contact or access, and we do not have authority to spend customer funds or bind a customer to third-party work unless that authority is separately and expressly established.

Service areas and map information

Maps, corridors, towns, lakes, regions, and other geographic references on this website are planning and informational tools — not guaranteed service boundaries. A property shown inside or near a displayed area is not automatically accepted for service.

Actual availability depends on the property, current route fit, capacity, safe access, weather and road conditions, and whether the requested service fits KeyLake’s current authorized scope.

Photography, screenshots, maps, and illustrations

Scenic and regional photography is used to show the broader places and property contexts KeyLake is built around. Unless a page specifically says otherwise, a photo should not be read as proof that the pictured property is a KeyLake customer, that KeyLake serviced that property, or that the owner endorsed KeyLake.

App screenshots, sample reports, diagrams, maps, and other examples may be shown to explain how KeyLake works. They should be read as examples of the relevant feature or format, not as a promise that every customer, property, route, or report will look exactly the same.

Website information is general

We try to keep keylakeestates.org accurate and useful, but public website information is general. It does not by itself create a service agreement, authorize entry, reserve a visit, guarantee availability, or override customer-specific written terms.

If you become a KeyLake customer, the signed Service Authorization, Service Terms, agreed property checklist, applicable invoice terms, any signed addendum, and later authorized written changes control the service relationship for that property.

Third-party information and services

Some website functions may connect to third-party services, such as the payment option provided with an authorized invoice. Those providers may have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and accessibility features. A link to another service does not mean KeyLake controls everything on that service.

Nothing here silently changes a signed agreement

Updating this public disclaimer does not silently amend a customer’s signed Service Terms or Service Authorization. Nothing on this page is intended to remove rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be changed by a website disclaimer.
